New rules on night-time flights: strict stance adopted by the Paris Administrative Court of Appeal
Air carriers – compliance with rules to prevent noise disturbance (notably during night-time hours)
In 2014 new restrictions in respect of the noise generated by aircrafts during night-time were introduced in France on Paris Charles de Gaulle airport.
